Do Woodstock Foods products contain preservatives?
Woodstock Foods products do not contain artificial preservatives. Natural preservatives are used.

What do I do if my Woodstock Foods nut butter has oil on the top?
Separation in natural and organic nut butters is normal. Simply mix the oil back into the nut butter prior to first use. Separation will not occur after that.

Do Woodstock nut butters need to be refrigerated after opening?
No, our nut butters do not need to be refrigerated after opening. Refrigeration will help reduce the amount of natural separation of oil and nut butter. You can refrigerate prior to first use to assist in blending the oil into the nut butter.

Are all Woodstock nut butters gluten free?
We recognize people have sensitivities to wheat and gluten. Our nut butters are produced in multiple facilities, therefore it is important to check the labels, but we also offer a simple guide to help you, below:

- Woodstock Organic & Natural Nut Butters packed in glass jars are produced in a gluten-free facility.
- Woodstock Organic Easy Spread Nut Butters packed in PET jars are not produced in a gluten-free facility.

What do I do if my Woodstock Foods Organic Sugar has hardened?
Hardness is natural and occurs if it is stored in cold temperatures or a dry environment. It is usually reversible if the product is covered with a damp clean cloth and gently heated.

Why are there slits in some of my Woodstock Foods Frozen products?
All of the Woodsock Foods frozen potato bags have slits for ventilation. They act as air vents so the bags don't become pillows.

Is the canola oil used in Woodstock Foods Dried Green Beans genetically modified?
No, the canola oil used for Woodstock Foods Dried Green Beans is not genetically modified.

Does Woodstock milk and butter come from grass fed cows?
Our dairy products come from cows who are out to pasture during the growing season of their respective regions. During winter months (the non-grass growing season), they maintain a diet of hay and some of our farmers also supplement with organic grains.

Our Woodstock Organic Frozen Steamable Vegetables packaging is formulated WITHOUT the following harmful chemicals:

• No PFOA, an acronym for perfluorooctanoic acid is used in manufacturing and converting processes.
• No Melamine is used in materials or in the processing/converting of the materials.
• No Bisphenol-A (BPA) is used in the manufacturing of materials or in the processing/ converting of the products.
• We do not use, purchase or receive any chemicals listed on the SVHC reach.

Do your nut butters require refrigeration after opening?
They do not require refrigeration, however we recommend it.
