Baked Zucchini Chips

1 package Frozen Woodstock Organic Grilled Zucchini

1 1/2 cups bread crumb seasoning

1/4 cup grated parmesan

1/2 tablespoon of pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

cooking spray


1.     Preheat toaster oven to 375F. Line a baking rack with Frozen Woodstock Organic Grilled Zucchini chips. Toast until defrosted. Remove from toaster oven.

2.     In a bowl, mix ingredients together evenly. Dip zucchini chips in the mixture, thoroughly coating each side. Spray a baking tray with cooking spray and oil and place each chip on the tray.

3.     Bake in the oven for 10 minutes on 375F or until golden. Serve immediately and enjoy!
