Chia Berry Smoothie Recipe

1 cup Woodstock Organic Wild Blueberries
½ cup Woodstock Organic Red Raspberries
2 Tablespoons Woodstock Chia Seeds
½ cup non-fat yogurt
½ cup water


In a blender, blend yogurt, water, blueberries, raspberries, and chia seeds until smooth. 
If desired, blend in ice cubes to thicken texture. Enjoy!
