Cranberry Scones

1 ½ Cup Woodstock Sweetened Cranberries

2 ¼ Cup flour

1 stick cold butter

1/3 Cup milk

1/3 Cup brown sugar

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking powder


Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix and knead with your hands until a single dough is formed.

Divide dough into 6 individual balls and place in ramekins.

Cook in preheated oven at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until tops are crispy and golden.

Serving size: 6 individual ramekins
